Lekhajah is operated by Mr. Chatree Boonkitrungpaisan, the data controller (“we”), who runs the เลขาจ๋า assistant on LINE and the website lekhajah.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.
Your LINE display name, profile picture and LINE user ID; what you ask the assistant to keep (notes, reminders, events, expenses, shortcuts); chat messages with the assistant and in LINE groups that invite it (kept temporarily for summaries); images, voice messages (transcribed), PDF files and saved signatures; for business customers, stock counts, attendance times and, if enabled by the shop, GPS location at the moment of check-in; payment slips. We do not collect card or bank account numbers.
Only to provide the features you request. We do not sell or share your data for marketing, do not show ads, and do not use your data to train AI models.
Private chats are visible only to you. Group data is visible only to members of that group. Access is enforced at the database level. Our staff do not access your content unless you ask for support and grant permission, or when required by law.
To understand and summarize your messages, relevant content is processed by OpenAI, Google Gemini and Cloudflare under business terms that prohibit using it to train their models. Providers may keep short-term logs for abuse monitoring only.
If you connect Google Calendar, we request read access to your calendars, permission to create and manage a dedicated “เลขาจ๋า” calendar, and read access to Google Tasks, solely to show and remind you of your events. Google tokens are encrypted. Lekhajah’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect anytime by typing “ปิดปฏิทิน” or from your Google Account settings.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Images and files are private and can only be opened through signed links issued by our server. Servers are hosted by Cloudflare, and the database by Neon in Singapore.
Chat messages: 60 days. Notes: 6 months on the free plan (we notify you 7 days before deletion), kept permanently on Pro. Events and reminders: until you delete them. PDF files: 30 days (free) or 6 months (Pro). Business data: while active, then 2 months after expiry. Business backups: 30 days.
You can view, edit and delete your data in the app, or request full deletion or a copy by emailing support@lekhajah.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
